Cape Town Callies Ceilidh Evening

The Cape Town Callies will be holding a Ceilidh Evening on Saturday 23^rd July at 18:45 for 19:00 at Fort Wynyard. The Provincial Chieftain of the Cape, Gordon Wallace, and his wife, Mary, the Provincial Lady President, will be visiting on this occasion. The evening's entertainment will be quite varied: The Cape Town Caledonian Pipe Band, as well as dancers from various groups, will perform. A musical group, consisting of three sisters, called “Charmed”, will be leading a sing-along with audience participation of songs such as:“Loch Lomond”, “Scottish Soldier”, “The Skye Boat Song”, “Scotland the Brave” and “Amazing Grace”. Later in the programme, “Charmed” will feature popular dancing music from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

Bring your own eats, and money for the cash bar. The ticket price is R50 per person.
